Monday Monday WLS EXPRESS
Good morning,
The weekends go by too fast, didn't do much Saturday but hang around the house, went to Kohl's but didn't buy a thing. Sunday went and did my second painting at painting with a twist with in-laws, sister and cousin.
Agenda today is work and grocery store, how exciting.

One more Monday and then I'm free! It's been a long year.
Nothing big on the agenda today. Addison is getting an award this evening, so we will be trecking to the high school tonight for it. Not sure what's for dinner, but it will be something on the go.
I didn't really get a lot accomplished this weekend. Taking care of Blake is a fulltime job and housework sometimes just doesn't fit in on somedays. I had a great time with friends on Saturday though! I really needed that!

As I read one time, Mondays are a terrible waste of 1/7 of your life time.
I am home safe and sound. I had a wonderful time with Mary. We went to Oak Alley on Friday...and I swear I saw a scene from Gone with the Wind while I was there. Saturday, Mary and a friend of hers and I did the Nawlins scene. We drove St Charles, and I could definitely get use to living in one of those very nice homes real easy. Then we did the French Quarter....Cafe' du Monde and Pat O'Briens...etc...etc... Then we headed to Hollywood Hotel and Casino in Bay St Louis....where I started contributing to the local economy. Mary was able to get 2 nights of comp'd rooms for me.
Sunday I was on my own, and I while I was at the beach, I started doing some 'stinkin thinking' as someone so eloquently puts it....which is what Don was referring to. Normally being at the beach will help me putting things into perspective...this time was not the case. Somehow or other I will get through this, and will enjoy life once again. Sorry if what Don said scared any of you for me....like I said earlier, I am home safe and sound.
